Information we handle

You can browse everything.hk without an account. When you choose to sign in, we store the account identifier supplied by our authentication provider and the layout, favourites, and preferences you ask us to synchronize. We also process ordinary security and diagnostic data needed to operate the service.

How information is used

We use this information only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve everything.hk. We do not sell personal information. Public data displayed by the service comes from identified Hong Kong Government open-data sources.

Advertising and cookies

everything.hk may use Google AdSense to help fund the service. When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or process IP addresses and other identifiers as a consequence of serving and measuring ads. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to everything.hk or other websites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Before serving personalized ads in a region where consent is required, everything.hk will use a Google-certified consent mechanism.

Location searches

When you type a place or address while planning a trip, that text is sent from our servers to the Hong Kong Government Address Lookup Service so it can be matched to a location. Only the search text is sent — never your account, your device identifiers, or your location — and we do not retain it.

Your choices

You may use the public service without signing in, remove saved preferences, or request deletion of your optional account data through the Data Deletion page.
